Monopoly GO Tycoon Club: how you actually get in, and what it costs you

Invite-only, and no member can invite you. The criteria are unpublished, the widely repeated figures are Board Level 11 and 35 days played, and the club is a loyalty programme for spending — not a source of free rewards.

· Accountslayer

The Tycoon Club is Monopoly GO's invite-only loyalty programme. Three things decide whether this page is useful to you, so here they are first.

You cannot be invited by a friend. Existing members have no invite power. If someone offers you one, they are lying to you.

Scopely does not publish the criteria. Anyone stating them as fact — including this page — is repeating what players have pieced together. The figures most commonly reported are Board Level 11 and 35 total days played, and they are said to shift over time.

It is a spending programme. The club rewards purchases with loyalty points. It is not a way to get dice for free, and framing it that way is where most of the bad advice starts.

What you get once you are in

  • A web store with exclusive bundles. Dice rolls, sticker packs, cash and loyalty points, packaged in combinations the mobile app does not sell.
  • Loyalty points. Earned on purchases in that store, spent on the Benefits page.
  • A milestone track. Spending loyalty points also advances a battle-pass-style milestone track, so each point does two jobs — buys the item and moves the track.
  • Achievement missions and a profile card with extra tracked statistics and a badge.

The part worth understanding before you spend

The double-dip is the mechanic that makes the club feel generous: one spend both buys the item and advances the milestone track. That is genuinely more value per dollar than the ordinary in-app store.

But note what it is measuring. Progress on the track comes from spending loyalty points, and loyalty points come from buying bundles. The track does not advance by playing. If you are in the club and not purchasing, the milestone rewards sit where they are.

That is not a criticism of the club — it is a loyalty scheme and it behaves like one. It is a criticism of every guide that presents the milestone track as a reward for being a dedicated player.

About "Tycoon Club codes"

Search for the Tycoon Club and you will find sites offering codes, logins, or a way to join early. Several own domains built specifically around this query.

There is no code that grants membership. Access is issued in-game by Scopely and nothing else produces it. A site asking for your account details, a payment, or a "verification" step to unlock the club is not doing you a favour.

The same applies to anything promising to speed up your invite. There is no queue to jump.

What to actually do

If you want in: keep playing, get past Board Level 11, and accumulate days. The invite arrives in-game or it does not. There is no other lever.

If you are already in and deciding whether to spend: compare a Tycoon Shop bundle against the same items in the app store, and treat the milestone progress as a bonus on a purchase you were going to make anyway — not as a reason to make one.

The Tycoon Club's entry requirements are not published by Scopely. The figures above are the values widely reported by players and games press on the date shown at the top of this page; treat them as a good estimate rather than a guarantee, and expect them to change.
