Can you share Paramount+ with another household? Yes — and they say so in writing
No cap on how many devices are attached to the account, 3 concurrent streams, 6 profiles, and no location restriction. Paramount+ is the most permissive of the big services on sharing.
Paramount+ has no household verification, and its help centre says the quiet part out loud. On device limits, it states:
"While we don't limit the total number of devices that are associated with your Paramount+ account, you can only use a maximum of three devices/concurrent streams at the same time, regardless of where you're located."
That last clause is the answer to the question most people are actually asking. There is no location check, no household definition, and no address-based enforcement. The only limit is how many streams run at once.

Six profiles means six people keep separate Keep Watching and Recommended rows — nobody wrecks anyone else's recommendations. Three concurrent streams means only three of them can press play simultaneously.
Kids Mode is available per profile if you want parental controls on one of them.
What this means in practice
Compare it to what the other big services do:
- Netflix defines a household as the devices at your main viewing location and enforces it. Outside that, you buy an extra member slot.
- HBO Max allows household sharing and sells a single $7.99/month Extra Member add-on for one person outside it.
- Paramount+ does not draw a household line at all. Three streams, anywhere.
So for a family split across addresses, or students who have moved out, Paramount+ is the least awkward of the three by a distance. Three simultaneous streams shared between people in different homes is within the stated rules, not a loophole.
Where it stops being a good deal
Three streams is the ceiling and there is no add-on to raise it. If four people want to watch at once, one of them waits — there is nothing to buy that fixes it.
That is the trade. HBO Max Premium gives 4 streams and Netflix sells extra members; Paramount+ gives you unrestricted locations but a hard cap of 3.
Practical notes
Attaching a device is not the same as streaming. You can sign in on as many TVs, phones and tablets as you like. Only concurrent playback counts.
Password sharing is not policed by address, but it is still your account — the person you share with can change the password, alter the plan, or see the billing details. The technical permission and the wisdom of doing it are different questions.
A paused stream still holds a slot. If you are hitting the three-stream limit and cannot work out why, look for a TV left paused in another room.
Before you rely on this
Streaming services change sharing policy quickly and usually without warning — Netflix and Disney+ both tightened theirs after years of tolerance. Paramount+'s current position is unusually clear, but "current" is doing real work in that sentence.
